Turn any car into an electric car. People are angry at big oil and gas companies using their lobbyists in Washington to block technological advancements that are good for the environment and for your wallet. People are starting to take matters into their own hands.

In this Channel 5 snip, David Murray of Texas converted a junker car he bought for $750 into an electric car. He plugs the car in to charge the battery bank. He spends $7 a month extra on electricity to charge his car. Most of us are spending $100 a month and more for gas.

David's car does not have any harmful emissions and can hit a maximum speed of 55 mph.
